yes, that's correct - the survey was done somewhere in the 70's as I remember.

Wish I could answer that for you but I just don't know. I don't live in the area any more. Best thing for you to do is request a headstone photo on Willard Howard and see what his stone shows as far as spouse/dates/etc.
