I enjoy helping families find their loved ones.|
Currently working on my own family tree.. looking for Fuller's, Fitzgerald, Price, Ryan, DePauw, and Quinn.
I recently completed researching, mapping, excavating grave stones, and photographing the entire Long Beach Municipal Cemetery. Of the total 2734 internments, only 1574 are viewable (58%) and are listed here. Please contact me with questions or comments.
I am a special education teacher and professional softball umpire and track and field official.
Also have a passion for collecting old comic books and US coins.
A big THANKS to all you findagravers' out there who has devoted much time and effort to help and assist other in finding closure and peace for their families and friends. All your efforts are greatly appreciated!

Thank you so much for taking the photo of Mom's headstone at Forest Lawn (Cypress). You'll never know how precious this photo is to me. Mom died when I was young and her death was unexpected. I lost my best friend. I've not been to the gravesite in decades. The only photos I have were taken at her funeral. Bless you.

|Claudia A. Mesarosh||Thanks!|
Thank you for taking the recent photo on Stoy Duncan. I appreciate your effort. It is certainly a great service and saves me a long trip from Michigan to California.

Duke-thank you for taking the time to fill my photo request on Dora Bray. It was greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, I couldn't think of a way to get the request deleted. If I released the claim, some other volunteer would claim it and retake the photos. So when I was at the cemetery today, I just took a different view of the headstone surroundings. That way the claim is now gone. Chris

Good work. I know - you spot a mint condition marker and pounce. I've done it to Frances more than once. You, too - - well, maybe not you, Chris Mills a lot. The memorial is already posted but no photo. Pam get a lot of my "extras" as well. Often she doesn't have the dates and I can provide them.
Good day for romping among the ghosts - I got all mine done yesterday, and was happy to add some for "extras" that turned out to be fillers for people looking for family. I"m happy when someone tells me there is a "hit" on a family member they've sought for years.
OK - baseball now and then another movie and a book. Be well, cb
