I live in Wichita, Ks. and own a small trucking Company. One of my hobbies is photographing Cemeteries. I travel a lot on company business which sometimes takes me to Topeka, or Pratt. I occasionally go to Salina, as well as Medicine Lodge. | |

 | Harold Hill I cannot link Harold Hill to his father, George, as Harold is not my memorial. You must contact CPR and request the link. | | | Luanne Henthorn

 | Glare, etc I never was able to get a photo of Jim Gammel's picture on his stone that didn't have a bit of glare in it. Uploaded it anyhow, but will go back later in the week when it's supposed to be cloudy and see if I can't get a better photo.
Sorry that the photo of James Morris's stone is so skewy, but there were flowers in the way, and since I never touch offerings, I could only get a shot that showed the inscriptions from the side.
Didn't see any other Hills. Let me know if there is ever any other photos in my neck of the woods you'd like me to get. I go around Lonoke County and over some into Prairie County. Have a great day! - Dee | | | Dorothy Varnell
 | ! Me and a number of other folks in my neck of the woods are having connectivity issues, apparently the problem is with our provider, so I am online sporadically right now. BUT, Good Lord willing and the creeks don't rise we will be out to Walter's Chapel tomorrow morning and get the photos for Andrew, Frances, Jimmy, Jim and James, and I will get them on here and there if not all at once.
Will get photos of other Hills if I spot any but will notify you of them before posting to confirm kinship.
Take care now, hear? And have a mighty fine weekend! - Dee | | | Dorothy Varnell
 | Andrew & Frances We ought to be back out to Walters Chapel next Saturday, I will get the photos then. Since Andrew and Frances do not have memorial pages, I will make "bare bones" memorial pages for them (name, dates, & location), post the photos to them, and then immediately transfer management of the memorials to you, if of course that is all right with you.
If I spot any other Hills besides Andrew and Frances I will go ahead and get photos and then notify you before posting them.
Take care and thank You! - Dee | | | Dorothy Varnell
 | RE: Robbie & Carl Hill Understood - been doing my and my husband's genealogy and it surely does take time!
I am thinking that at least one other Hill buried there may well be related however, an infant's grave, Andrew Hill, is right next to your aunt and uncle. Andrew was born and died in 1997, a grandson of theirs perhaps? Maybe not, but the location of his grave sure is suggestive, so I thought I'd let you know of it.
Have a great week! - Dee | | | Dorothy Varnell
 | RE: Robbie & Carl Hill You are sure welcome, it was a pleasure to get them.
There are some other Hills buried nearby, and if you would ever like me to get them or anybody else in my neck of the woods, I'll be proud to do it, just say the word.
Take care now and have a great week! - Dee | | | | [View all messages...] |
