Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hello,
I have been doing family research off and on for the past 15 years. I recently came across this website and it has helped me so much finding lost family members. I want to thank the people who have taken their time to go out and compile photos and information and posting it here for people like me to find. I want to extend my services to anyone outside my area and to those who are not able to get around to take pictures of grave sites.

My husband Tom and I have 3 children and 3 grandchildren. My husband has 12 siblings and I have 3. I thank and love my mother in law (Isabelle Mary Ellingson Thompson 1913-2002) for sparking my interest in family research over 15 years ago.

Sincerely,
Gloria Ann Martin Pimentel Thompson

Craig Handy
Louis Ellingson Plot
Hello Gloria I went to the Redmond Cemetery today and searched for the Ellingson plot and couldn't find it. I was also allowed to search the index at the office for the plot information and Louis Ellingson is not even in the index? I'm not sure if it hasn't been put in yet or at all? I can give you the phone # to the Cemetery so you can call and make sure this person is buried here because this name isn't in the index foe the Cemetery? Weird, it could be a mistake on their part but not sure? Let me know if you want the # and we can figure this out. Thank you Craig

Roman Baldogo
Thank you so much for the photo of Roman Baldogo's grave marker. I think he is my husband's great uncle, although I need some to do more research to make sure.
Your photo has helped make his memorial a little more complete.

Bless you for taking the time to help!
Happy holidays,
Cindy Raper Baldogo

RE: Martin Family
Hi Gloria,
I have made the transfers, but it appears you place the photos on the wrong memorial. Manuel Sousa Martin #39280591 is the husband to Rose. Your photos are on Manuel S. Sousa #39280590.
Good luck in your searches...
Ed

RE: John Thompson
Gloria;
I am so sorry for not responding sooner. I had my desk top computer crash on me. I am now using my lap top. I just got my lap top back from my sister.
I am a descendant of Anna Thompson Lund. She married my great Uncle Arthur Lund. I never knew my great Uncle Art. He had passed away before I ever met great Aunt Anna. Great Uncle Art was my mother's uncle. My mother always talked highly of her aunt and uncle.
When I was about 13, my mother, my younger sister, Michele and I would go to Portland and vist Great Aunt Anna. She lived in a very huge house. She had rented some of the bedrooms to some boarders. We spent many week ends at her home. We loved her dearly. I would love to hear from you. This is the first relative that I have heard from concerning the Thompson family.
I have corrected the information on John Thompson's site. I am assuming that his wife's married name was Whitcomb and she was married before she married John Thompson. Let me know if this is correct. I have also requested tombstones for both of them.
I will be waiting to hear from you soon.
