Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been interested in cemeteries since I was young. My interest started by going with our neighbor's grandfather who was caretaker of our local cemetery. We would ride to the cemetery on his tractor. I enjoyed walking around reading the gravestones. Now I know that there is more. Each cemetery has it's own history and beauty. They all tell a story. By adding memories and pictures, I hope to share this history and beauty. I am a cemetery walker.

"A cemetery is a history of people - a perpetual record of yesterday and sanctuary of peace and quiet today. A cemetery exists because every life is worth loving & remembering always." Unknown

You're welcome. It is such a sunny day here today, I kept getting a glare. Hopefully, you can see them okay. They are such beautiful headstones.

Paul E. Darby
Hi Dilia,

Just wanting to know if you would transfer this memorial to me to maintain, Paul is my Uncle....my dad's brother in law...married to my Aunt Elizabeth Boatfield Darby. Eliz was my dad's sister. I loved Uncle Paul very much...he died so tragically.
His two daughters are my first cousins also.

His memorial is: # 80460545

Thanks so much. I do have alot of info for this memorial.

Newman Hawks
Hi Delia
On the 9th I received a msg that you had fulfilled the photo request for Newman Hawks Jr at Grandview Cemetery in Batavia.
I checked a few times and the only photo I see is the main cemetery photo.
Wondering if there was an error when you uploaded it?
