RE: Cemeteries
I found Delta on MapQuest, but not Slatesville. Which cemetery there is your favorite?

Changes accepted.
If he is family or friend and you would like to maintain his memorial I will be happy to transfer him over to your caring hands.
Regards, Bud

Request Obituary Copies
I appreciate the memorials you wrote for George Hunt (# 133218859), his ex wife Mildred (136076789) and their son Stan (133218859). You refer to their obituaries in your bios. I was hoping you would share a copy of these with me. I tried to obtain them online, but the links have expired. You can reach me on this website or my email address:

RE: Josephine Smith Billmyer
Sorry but the material in this obit was taken from the Frederick Post, March 1953. That is all the information I have.

RE: Combs Tariff Cemetery
Thanks for the information. My great-grandfather's name was Daniel Boone Combs, and the dates of birth and death are close to his, but it is believed that he is buried in an unknown location in Harlan County, KY. I found this man while searching for my great-grandpa on FindAGrave, but it is not the same man, as my late great-aunt was present at the funeral and was sure that it was in Harlan County, KY.

I had honestly forgotten that I even submitted the photo request for this, but it is always good to get these headstones documented so further generations don't have the same issue as my family.

Thank you for the thought, anyway. Maybe next time? :)

I appreciate your efforts in photographing the cemetery. It's a pretty tough job when it's hot outside and the bugs are everywhere.

Sondra ...

Thank you Thank you Thank you!!

I appreciate you replying so quickly. And the picture quality .. fantastic!

Did I say thank you?

I also got your email with Census data for Caleb. Do you know anything about the Miller's in Carrol Cnty? I also have the data from 1880 when Caleb was just 9. His parents were Jacob Miller and Elizabeth (Green) Miller living in Woolerys. I'm having trouble finding them prior to 1880. Any advice you could give to help me find them would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks again,
Chris Hoffman
