RE: Reeves Relatives
Hi Marion,
I am not a direct Reeves descendant. My great-grandmother, Eudocia Josephine Walker-Stokes' (yes that's really her name!)youngest sister, Minnie, married Wesley Whitfield Reeves. They all came from the Hickman TN area. THANKS! Pat

Photographs of Tombstones
I am doing research on a Revolutionary soldier whose grandson and his wife are buried in the Jasper County, Pool Private Cemetery. Their names are Stith Malone and Biddy Johnston Malone.
Do you see that anyone will be photographing these tombstones and posting them on Find A Grave.
Audry Reid,

Louisa Forrester
Marion, hello.

I'm having trouble finding any information on James Madison Forrester's 1st wife, Louisa. Even on other Ancestry's public trees it's just her name and it appears as Louisa Forrester; no maiden name. I did find an 1850 Census that shows her married to Madison and she was 16 which would make her birth year sometime in 1834. Then again on a 1860 census married to Madison and she's 29 with 2 children. There are no earlier census reports with her name prior to 1860 unless her name was written different than Louisa.

In your book is there information on her other than what I found?

Well you are a sweet and dear man. Do you check your emails. I don't want to put my address on a public message board. :)

RE: Forester Siblings
Please use the edit tabs on the memorials in the future. I use my phone a lot and can not open several tabs to add info. Thanks.

RE: Andrew Jackson Nash # 97991657
Hi Marion,

After we correspondent I started doing some research and found Mary and James Madison and sent a message to Helen Parker and she transferred them to me.

I don't know that I can get the book and oh how I wish I could but, I'm on a very small fixed income (disability) and $20 is not in my budget right now. I will keep it in mind for the future.

Thanks again for all your help these last few days.

Sandra in Tennessee

Oh Marion, this is such good news. I did not know who Mary married and I do not have any "hints" for her. Is she and her husband on Find A Grave?

I have seen the Forester's on Census report but didn't know that Mary married a Forester. It's amazing to me how people lived so close to each other and married neighbors.

I'm 60 and I've been working on my family tree for about 5 years. You have opened my tree up more!!!

Champion and Gabriella's son Thomas Shannon Nash is the father of Arthur Shannon Nash Sr who is the father of my grandfather, Arthur Shannon Nash Jr. I never got to know him or my grandmother so tapping into this side of my mother's family has been so dear to my heart.

Thank you again.

Andrew Jackson Nash # 97991657

My name is Sandra Hughes and I'm working on my family tree using Ancestry, Family Search, and Find A Grave.

Andrew Jackson Nash is my ggg uncle. He and my ggg grandfather are brothers. You have on his memorial his mother's name as Caforala. Her name is Gabriella. Would you please correct it please? Where did you get the name Caforala? Also, are you related to the Nash family?

Thank you,
Sandra Hughes :)

RE: Forester Siblings
I have added the parents in the bio. You will have to find the parents memorials, then you can use the edit tabs to link the parents. I am not the contributor of the parents memorials so I can not link them.

Thanks, Sandy
