Bio and Links
Bio Photo My main areas of interest are the Irish of Mount Carmel, Northumberland County and the cemeteries of the Numidia area of Columbia County, Pennsylvania.

I can do lookups for a good deal of the cemeteries of those areas. In addition, I do findagrave volunteer picture requests for Lebanon and western Berks County cemeteries.

I try my best to verify information through several sources before I make a memorial. However, no one's perfect. If you find a mistake or would like something added to one of my memorials, please let me know and I'll be happy to correct/update.

John Eveland
Hello! I was wondering if you could go Saint Paul's UCC Cemetery in Numbia to look for John Eveland's headstone. You have previously photographed his wife's headstone - Harriet Eveland (find a grave #91478518). Thank you! Dr. J

Carrie Umlauf
Charles Guinther and Carrie Umlauf are buried in Citizen's Cemetery in Lavelle. The pictures you're showing are graves in Christ Church Cemetery of another Carrie Umlauf. The Carrie Umlauf buried in Christ's Church Cemetery is not the wife of Charles Guinther. There are two different people named Carrie Umlauf. Contact me and I will send you a picture of the grave of Charles Guinther and Carrie Umlauf Guinther.

Anna Grady Breslin
I believe that Anna died Jan 21, 1957 in Mt Carmel (Item p 8); the death certificate (#6844) gives her info as widowed-life long resident of Mt Carmel-middle name Magdeline(sic)-husband was Peter Breslin; father Owen Grady and mother Margaret Dalton. She was a "practical nurse." The only thing I am not clear on is that Peter's dc says he is a widow too, however, the same person, Helen Allen, was informant for her and Peter (1951).On Peter's dc her address is 3636 N Sydenham Phila; no address for Helen listed on Anna's dc. I think Helen was their daughter too. Change the info if you deem this enough.

Mary their daughter (11/7/1919 Item n.p.)

Thanks for the work in genealogy. John

Kirby R. Blass
Blass Family - Columbia County
Hello. I see that you have added a great deal of information related to the Blass family members buried at the Grace UCC Church in Millgrove, Pennsylvania. I was curious to find out if you are in anyway related to this Blass family? I myself am a family descendant of George and Caroline Blass who came to America from Bavaria, Germany in the mid 1850's. My great-great grandfather Philip was one of their sons. Take care and hopefully talk to you soon!

Regards,

Kirby R. Blass
