You asked why the mother is not on the memorial for Jackie Dellinger. Given the date of her spouse 1923, pehaps she is still living?
We are no longer allowed to add names of the living to any memorial. This changed about 2 years ago.
If Margaret is now passed on and you send me the link I will see to it that they are all linked up properly.
