Former actor and genealogical librarian. I now provide genealogical research services. |
Currently unable to photograph gravesites, my goal is to provide genealogical information from a large database, also part of a wiki containing more than 2.692 million individuals. [werelate.org]
Surnames I'm researching...
Trumbull & Mahoning Cos., Ohio: Gardner, Thompson, Winans, Kilpatrick, Gunn, Latimer, Lenney, Gillespie, Churchill, Frantz, Sharp, Huntley, McAdams.
Medina & Lorain Cos., Ohio: Gardner, McLean, Peters, Tanner, Huntley.
Cuyahoga & Ashtabula Cos., Ohio: Sharp, Gunn, Gleason, Gardner.
Pennsylvania: Winans, Rae, Bunnell, Thompson, Rogers, Frantz, Jordan, Bloom, Ford, Wheeler, Wantz, Motz, Sweeney, Taylor, Jackson, Beverly.
New Jersey & New York: Gardner, McLean, Peters, Jerome, Winans, Rae, Melyn, Huntley, Grant, Cumming, Rogers, Bloom, Jordan, Freer, Fairchild, Creighton, Lay.
Connecticut, Massachusetts & Rhode Island
Too many to list, many early New England families.
For further genealogical information visit werelate.org of which I'm a contributing member. Currently I'm sourcing my New England lines: Chaffee, Rogers, Lyon, Huntley, Lee, Lay, Peck, Wolcott, Griswold, Carpenter, Fairchild, Munson, Root, Orvis, Churchill, Marvin, Lord, etc.

Neal - Thanks for the info - Are You still in Ohio or have You moved on to greener pastures ?? I'm still working on Greater Family in Pennsylvania, seems to never end. Have been working with a fellow Find A Grave member and great progress has been made in the Zion Cemetery and Fruit Hill Cemetery near Ansonville (Clearfield Co).
Hope all is well with You
Regards - Tom Schoening
|Mardie Crannell||Jacob Bloom memorial|
I noticed that there are two memorials that appear to be for the same Jacob Bloom. The birth dates on both match. This is the memorial number for the "other" Jacob Bloom. Since that one has an image of his grave stone, I suggest deleting yours so that viewers can go with the other one: #62225891. He is connected with my ancestors, hence my interest in him.

Awesome! Thank you so much for the info!

I try not to put in edits without at least my having some proof other then someones family tree I spend a lot of time trying to verify information I have. I learn as I go along and even working on genealogy for the last 41 years I still goof up. Thank you for all your work out here.
|JimL||Photo Request for Robert F. Latimer|
Mr. Robert F. Latimer is currently not buried at Alexandria National Cemetery per the National Cemetery Admin for VA or found in independent survey conduct in 1992 by W.E. Pippenger. It appears he was moved to his birth place in Ohio. See Memorial# 144702405. You may wish to merge your memorial with the one created by: Jodie Brown
to preserve the obituary.

You are welcome. Just let me know if you need more photos. If you know sections or markers that would be great. If not I can find a contact person that knows how to find them. Good luck with your move.

I have moved the memorial but I don't think I can move someone else's pictures. Thank you for the updated information.
