Bio and Links
Bio Photo Former actor and genealogical librarian. I now provide genealogical research services.

Currently unable to photograph gravesites, my goal is to provide genealogical information from a large database, also part of a wiki containing more than 2.6 million individuals. [werelate.org]

Surnames I'm researching...

Trumbull & Mahoning Cos., OH
Gardner, Thompson, Winans, Kilpatrick, Gunn, Latimer, Lenney, Gillespie, Churchill, Frantz, Sharp, Huntley, McAdams.

Medina & Lorain Cos., OH
Gardner, McLean, Peters, Tanner, Huntley.

Cuyahoga & Ashtabula Cos., OH
Sharp, Gunn, Gleason, Gardner.

Pennsylvania
Winans, Rae, Bunnell, Thompson, Rogers, Frantz, Jordan, Bloom, Ford, Wheeler, Wantz, Motz, Sweeney, Taylor, Jackson, Beverly.

New Jersey & New York
Gardner, McLean, Peters, Jerome, Winans, Rae, Melyn, Huntley, Grant, Cumming, Rogers, Bloom, Jordan, Freer, Fairchild, Creighton, Lay.

Connecticut, Massachusetts & Rhode Island
Too many to list, many early New England families.

Currently I'm entering Oakwood Cemetery Burial Records, a huge cemetery in Warren, OH. Please submit any additional information you may have for anyone buried there. Bit by bit, I'm adding other information I find. At last count, I have nearly 300 hundred relatives there myself.

Catherine Kilpatrick McMurray in Trumbull County, OH
Hello Neal,

I notice you are researching the Kilpatrick surname and Trumbull County, Ohio.

My great great grandmother Catherine Kilpatrick married my great great grandfather Henry McMurray. She lived in Kinsman, Ohio in the last half of her life and supposedly was buried in the Kinsman cemetery. I've scoured it twice and could find no trace of her gravestone.

If you come across her in any of your research I would greatly appreciate any information you could send on. Much thanks, Bob McMurray

RE: Oakwood
Hi Neal, No, I can't show all of Oakwood Cem. interments. I believe since there are over 10,000 listed, find a grave can't show all of them. Try using only the first letter of the last name "A", "B", "C" this seems to work.

I see you also belong to the Trumbull Co., Historical Society.

Have a great day and stay warm, spring is on its way (I hope)

RE: Baciu
It's not necessary to put in a request. I'll keep an eye, and perhaps stop in the office. You do great by posting and putting the plot locations. That helps tremendously. Thanks Neal.

Effa and Illinois
Thanks for the transfer of Effa, Neal! I appreciate it!

I'm currently in Illinois attending a funeral on Ernie's side of the family, so I'm truly experiencing winter again, much to my dismay! I even drove last night! lol Scary....

Are you saying that James Pierce Root didn't mention your ancestor, Salmon ROOT b: 30 JUL 1752 in Plainville, CT ??? Also, didn't he mention the other wives???

Something seems to be missing in your message.
