It's great to see all the information people have put in here. |
I've been working on my family geneology for a few years now and find it most interesting.
Thank you to everyone for all the help and suggestions in getting my family information onto here.

|My Labor of Love||Wolfe Family|
You created memorials for the Wolfe family, but you have their burial place as [unknown]. I have the some of the same memorials, but I have their burial location and headstones attached. Since yours were created before mine, I'll delete mine, but you'll have to contact Jay Kruizenga @ http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=mr&GRid=114098863&MRid=47257349& to attach the headstones to your memorials.
Here are the 2 memorials in question:
Etta Celestia Simkins Wolfe - http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=114098863
Charles Fred Wolfe - http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=114098616
Please copy the information I have and then let me know when I can delete them.

Do you have a marriage date & place..how do you know She & Rufus were married? It is strange that she had children and used her maiden name to marry.
I've found nothing indicating she was m. previously before Jotham Taft with whom she is resting...

can you give me the Find A Grave ID's and I will call the cemetery, I have a feeling it is Loveland Burial Park, but I do want to be sure
|Shannon C||RE: Great grandmother Mary C Eliot Bolen|
I don't know, except that I have found 3 entries for her. The one I referenced actually has pictures of the grave. I know she had to have died after 1910 because there were children born after that. I really need to get with my uncle to see what he remembers from living in Loveland and people, etc...
Just thought you might want to look into it.
|Shannon C||Great grandmother Mary C Eliot Bolen|
Hey, me again. I noticed there are several memorials set up for Mary Bolen. Check out # 79949292. It has a good picture of her grave with her correct date of death. You may want to add that to her page and add that she died in Loveland, CO.
Hope all is going well in the accounting world for you. My fiscal year end is Aug 31st, so life is getting hectic!
Cuz' way down the road!

Jerry, send my your member ID number and I'll be happy to transfer the memorial to you. Thanks, Linda
|Shannon C||RE: Mary Catherine (Eliot) Bolen|
Clarence Bolen was my grandfather. My grandmother, Carrie, was his 2nd wife. He died when my mother, Helen Bolen, was only 7 yrs old so I never met him either. Really wish I could have though, from what I've heard it was a really interesting man.
He met my Grandmother because she was a nurse working at the Bolen home nursing his aunt. Clarence had divorced his 1st wife and was coming to LA from CO to visit. They have 4 children, all of whom are still alive. 3 live in LA and one lives here in TX pretty close to me, my Uncle Robert Bolen. Clarence also had a son by his 1st wife, Gerald L Bolen. I just recently found out that he died in 1991 in Arizona. No one ever saw him after my grandfather's funeral.
Where abouts in Colorado do you live? Are you using Ancestory.com? If so, we should share our trees.
