Hi! My name is David and I am an avid genealogist and family historian. I was bitten by the genealogy bug many years ago but the Internet took the hobby to an entirely different level!|
Memorials that I have created or that I maintain are for ancestors and relatives with the exception of those in the virtual cemetery "Unrelated". I attempt to create a brief biography for each individual. If any information contained in a memorial is incorrect please contact me so that I can make a correction. Feel free to suggest information to add to the memorials. Also, if anyone has any photos of any of the individuals in the memorials I would greatly appreciate them being added to the memorials. Please feel free to use any information or photos that I have posted for your own personal use. All I ask is that credit be given to me if they are reproduced elsewhere. If any of the memorials in the "Unrelated" listing are relatives or friends of yours please let me know and I will gladly transfer their memorials.
I believe that we honor the dead by maintaining their memories. I read once that when we die we do so twice. The first is the actual, physical death. The second occurs when the last person who knew us passes and all living knowledge of us is gone. I feel that by creating memorials for family members and photographing their graves that I help to keep their memories alive. Often as I wander through cemeteries reading the names on old grave markers I wonder how long it has been since someone read the name and remembered the person buried there.
Please feel free to contact me at the email address listed in my profile if any questions arise about my research and memorials. If you view my memorials and you are kin please contact me and let me know. I thoroughly enjoy hearing from distant cousins and relations that I have never met.

I'm trying to fill your requests but there seems to be some discrepancies about dates and spouses etc. I seriously doubt there is another Engelbert Schneider in the cemetery but things don't match. Here's a list of the photos I took.
August Schneider 8/4/1844 - 7/30/1913
Magdalena Schneider 7/28/1850 - 2/14/1890
August J Schneider 4/27/1876 - 11/17/1908
Joseph E Schneider 6/23/1881 - 1/13/1882
Engelbert Schneider 1846 - 1903
Elizabeth Schneider 1848 - 1928
Stella Schneider Zeh 1880 - 1918
Joseph Schneider 1817 - 1899
Eva Katherine Schneider 1811 - 1881
Check these out and I'll hold off posting the rest till I hear from you.

You are very welcome. I wish the markers were in better condition. According to one of the church members, the cemetery has been vandalized several times in recent years. I am glad that I was able to fill your requests considering the damage that had been done. D. L.

Patience Fowler of Estill County, Kentucky married William M. McAnelly of Estill County, Kentucky, September 13, 1861. Records for their marriage can be readily found in Ancestry, as well as several census records. They have six children.
William Tabscott McAnelly does have the other three marriages, as shown in your bio.
