Bio and Links
Bio Photo My virtual cemeteries list my ancestral lines, the numbers indicate which generation back from me. With only a few exceptions in each line, over 80% of my relatives are tied to Georgia since the late 1700s. Although I was born in Georgia, I've lived there less than 5 years total over my lifetime. Dad was in the Army, I was in the Navy, and I continued wandering after that; so far - 46 states & 20 countries.

I'd love to hear from anyone researching the same lines. We may be "distant" cousins!

I use transcriptions and spreadsheets to enter some memorials. If you find an error, have more info to add, or would like a transfer please contact me via the "suggest a correction" feature. I am happy to transfer any memorial I'm not related to or even those I am related to if they are closer to you than to me.

Terry Echols
RE: Eada M. "Edy" Echols Bray
Well I figured out who she is but there is an unanswered question about her maiden name. She first married Seaborn Fleming ECHOLS:

Marriage to Eada Margaret (ECHOLS/UNKNOWN)? on 1 Aug 1850 in Taliaferro County, Georgia, USA

Groom Listed as: ECKLES, Seborn F; Bride Listed as: ECKLES, Edy.

Then she married Ezekiel BRAY, can't find a record for them.

Was Seaborn and Eada cousins? Was she born an Echols? Who are her parents?

Terry

RE: Cicero Davis
Hey:

Thanks for the transfer. I don't have the name "Eada M. "Edy" Echols Bray". Can you tell me where she fits into things so I can add her to my tree. Was she born Echols and married a Bray or is she a Bray by birth? Who were her parents/spouse?

Thanks,
Terry

RE: James Monroe Kesler parents
I'm sorry, Wally, thanks for bringing that to my attention. I have too many Kesler names written on my pages, I picked up the wrong memorial #.
