Bio and Links
Bio Photo I truly enjoy putting together the historical puzzle genealogy presents. Family names I am researching are: Burts, King, Terrell, Wilson. Send me an email if you think I can help with your search.

I give permission for any photo/information I have posted to be copied and used. It's all public record; if you see that I've made a mistake please contact me with the correct information. There's nothing like following an ancestors trail only to find out later it's not the correct trail.

If I'm not related to any memorial I manage, you are welcome to manage it. I know findagrave has a guideline of 4 generations, but the way I look at it, if I'm not related to the person, why would I want to keep the memorial? I think it's only logical for someone related to manage the memorial - it's just a guideline. Just send me the request through the memorial - please don't forget to include your member number.

I have the greatest respect to all who help me solve my genelogy puzzles. Thank you for all your time and hard work.

RE: Travis DeLoach
Hi Suzee,

I had to replace the photo of Travis. While at the cemetery I saw that their was two Deloach. I took photos of both, and posted the wrong one. Thomas E. Deloach 1923 - 1977 is right next to him.

Hi Suzee, I just told you that there were 3 other Coonrod's buried in Confederate Cemetery, There is actually a total of 11 buried here, the 3 were just in one place, the others are scattered in other place in Confederate, but still no Kathyrn Marie Coonrod. Sorry about the error.

Terrell Famil
Suzee, I see you put a flower on the Find A Grave Memorial for Frances Elizabeth Terrell Dean. I am looking for her parents. Do you have any clue as to who they might be?

Hi Suzie :-)
I am researching the George Henry Wilson/Mary Ann Anderson Wilson line. Geo Henry was my maternal 3rd Great Grandfather. I saw a document, I believe a death certificate for one of his daughters (can't remember her name off hand), that stated Geo Henry was born in Paris, France and not New York. Do you recall where the New York birth information came from? Appreciate greatly your input on FindAGrave! By the way, there is a facebook page "SmithFamily Heritage" that includes the following people for those interested: George Henry Wilson and wife Mary Ann Anderson Wilson, William Hyler Wilson and wife Lou Ella Cooper Wilson, William Lumpkin Smith and wife Nancy Jane Foster Smith, William Bartley Smith and wife Minnie Evelyn Wilson Smith.

Hooker Boren at San Luis Cemetery
there are two Borens at this cemetery

Boren, Hooker R 1914 1962 NM-H-B3
Boren, Mittie K 1875 1966

There is NO cooperation from the San Luis Cemetery with Find A Grave volunteers. However, according to the San Luis Obispo County Genealogical Society you can request a photo of who you are looking for by doing the following:
Address your email to
Put in the subject line San Luis Cemetery Headstone photo
Give them the name and birth and death dates, or as much as you know. Ask them to send a picture of the headstone, and tell them how you are related or what your interest is in this person. They will appreciate that.
They will send you the photo as an attachment to email. They took photos of the thousands of headstones they indexed in 2009 and 2010. They photographed virtually all headstones that could be deciphered. So pretty much everyone, who was buried there before 2009-2010 has a picture of their headstone in the database of the Genealogical Society. The society will respond to individuals, but prefers not to send pictures in bulk to Find A Grave volunteers. They also have not made an agreement to download their data to the Find A Grave servers.
This information may only be used in genealogical research.
As a reference here is the website for the index
Best wishes.
