|Linda||Mary Elizabeth Lillard|
I saw on Find A Grave that you requested a photo of the headstone for my great great grandmother, Mary Elizabeth Lillard Clevenger 1842-1882 in Cocke County, TN. Are you related to her? If so, I would like to share information with you.

I have uploaded the drawing showing the placement of those interred in Plot #172 Washington, Samuel P. Frankenfield, Lot Holder. No headstones were placed other than for the owner. It could use some repair! Let me know if you'd like me to email the image for your records.

I was able to locate the "Frankenfield" plot (Sec: Washington - Lot 172) at West Laurel Hill but due to either the lack or deterioration of any inscriptions, the only thing legible at the site is "S.P. Frankenfield". I don't know whether to post these photos on any other family member besides Samuel's but will be happy to if you desire, just let me know.
Have a great day!

The best way to make a request for transfer is to use the edit tab on each memorial. Once you've opened that tab you will be sending an e-mail to the person who made that particular memorial. You can make suggestions/additions that you'd like them to add to the memorial or you can request that they transfer the memorial to you. If you ask for a transfer, be sure to give your Find A Grave member number.
Some people do not like to tranfer memorials to anyone who is not directly related to the person requesting the transfer (and Find A Grave 'supports' this) and many others 9especially people like me who have made so many entries of people we aren't related to) have no problem making a transfer, regardless of relationship (and if it's not one of our own ancestors/relatives!)
So, try it. Send me a request for one (or as many as you want) of the Georges and I'll respond and send you the transfer. Find A Grave will notify you that the transfer happened and when you visit the memorial you'll see that you are now the manager.
Hope this helps,

I just took a photo of the gravesite that you are looking for (I think). It was the correct cemetery, section, row, birth year, death year. But I cannot clearly read the name. Maybe you can. If this is the correct site, the GPS coordinates are: N 40-18-11.3, W 075-26-54.1. Most of the gravestones in this section of the cemetery are unreadable.

Sorry, but I don't know who he is buried next to. The transcript I used was an alphabetical listing, so there was no indication as to what section/plot in the cemetery or who might be next to Bob.
Perhaps if you do a photo request, the answer will be more clear?

In addition to fulfilling your three Howey requests in Dover Cemetery, I also photographed Albert, Marinda, Velma and Elmer...their spousal and child relationships have already been established on the memorials.

If you would contact the cemetery office and find out the plot location I can try and find this stone for you. The office # is 215-729-8040. They are very helpful and will tell you who else is buried in the plot.
