I believe that copying data out of genealogical books, w/o the consent of the author, onto the web is plagiarism. I go to cemeteries and various sources to gather my own research and post what I believe is good information. DO NOT CONTACT me and TELL me your book said "xyz" about a certain headstone who is not your relative and you want me to post info you plagiarize to the web.

|Jan Bateman||Transfer of Memorial|
Hi, Judy, would you please transfer Ernest Decker's memorial to me so that I can add his information and link him up with his family. His mother was a Bateman, and I'm presently working on the Bateman Family Tree. His memorial #115240125. Thanks so much. Jan Bateman #48996568
Thanks for letting me know about the duplication. It's been deleted.

Have a question. I am slow but I am trying to connect as much family as I can. Doug has died and he only did 9 memorials and naturally he Can't accept an edit. You are so much better and have experience with this site. Do you have any ideas how to take care of those 9 memorials. Wish you could manage them. I would appreciate your help. My number is 46888164.
Doug's grandmother would be Frieda Budde Gain.
Sincerely, Mary Budde

Judy, thank you so much for telling me about the French settlement and church in Cahokia. It may well be helpful as I sort out what drew different member of this French family to settle where they did.

Judy, you are leaving numerous tombstone info off the memorial pages. I am finding many you created having only the year, when you post the photo showing day, month and year. Also relationships (spouses; husbands and wives) are not shown. Remember, Quality, not quantity is best. That way someone else doesn't follow behind you and take time to edit your work. Thanks!

I added edits of day/month u only entered the yr. Hope this is no inconvenience. :)
