Dear Michael,
Lewis Hanford is located in Section 12, Brooklyn M.E. Church Home, Lot 1-91, Grave 459. He was moved from Manhattan between 1854, 1855, 1856 to Cypress Hills Cemetery. I was not able to find Dorothy unless her records were lost when she was moved or she could be buried in another cemetery.

Washington City, Washington, DC. In order to check accuracy, I suggest contacting the city. There is an Ottilie E Wider that was married in New Hampshire about 1 December 1908 - very close.
