RE: Peter Light Sr 54169679
Steve,
I agree with you that Peter Light's grave is in Bedington vice Martinsburg. I have visited the site myself, but I had forgotten that it is in a community outside the city limits of Martinsburg.
As to naming the cemetery where Peter Light is buried as Light Cemetery #2, I am fairly sure that I got this name from the publication "Cemeteries of Martinsburg and Berkeley County, West Virginia" from the Berkeley County Historical Society. But I am not able to verify this without searching through piles of notes. What is your source for the cemetery name?
I, too, am a direct descendant of Peter Light. I would prefer to maintain the management of his Find-a-Grave page. But I am happy to make any corrections/additions that you offer.

looking for gravesites for light family and hettenhouser family. I am looking for more of the branches of my tree, but saw you were doing some hunting and you have the light connection. I am looking for Catherine Hettenhouser Light, who was married to Peter Light, she is Agnes light's sister. thank you. J Dean

Jerry Light
Steve, thanks so much for the photo of Jerry's grave. I know you have talked to Joyce and she has told you we will be down there in the spring. It means so much to us to know that you still remember Jerry. Thanks again, Donna Schautz. d.schautz@comcast.net
