|mike reeves||Meek's Family Tree|
I've added cropped and a full family photo to the other Frank Meek's and Lee Ola Meeks Whittiemore's memorials; saw your Knight family tree on ancestry.com, good research !
My son not only has a lack of interest in the family tree, he believes it made us appear to be "inbred rednecks" due to some "kissin' cousins" a few generations back. Although there weren't any children born of the relationship, I made the tree private to placate him.
Appreciate your work in Find A Grave and Ancestry.com, gives others a reference and something to build their's upon.

My maternal great-grandmother was Mary "Molly" Meeks Bowden, 1871-1935(#40321887), buried in Elmore County. She was the daughter of Britton Meeks, brother of Francis Marion Meeks. I added photos to the memorials you created in 2010 for him and his wife, Sarah Frezell Meeks (#53588920), which are from a public tree on ancestry.com.
When I looked up his children buried in Walker County, George Bowie, John Wesley and Leola, I saw memorials had been created for them by another Find A Grave member. There was also a second memorial for Francis M. Meeks (#97725720)at Mt. Zion Baptist Cemetery created this year.
I left the photo on your Frank Meeks memorial, as it was the first created. I didn't know if you were aware of the duplication, or if y'all had discussed deleting one...I was simply glad to find his final resting place !
