RE: Old Richland Cemetery
If you walked into Richland Cemetery on the left you would have found Redick O'Bryan's grave stone there. When I recorded it back in 1985 it was on the right of the big stone representing all the cemetery with the last names of those there on it.

The top part is broken off which had an open Bible. If you will look at the photo I have for the cemetery you will see his stone there behind on the right. If you look closely you will see the open Bible. Elizabeth is to the left facing the stones and there is an "Unknown Child" between them. Go to Elizabeth's Memorial. I have added a photo there that shows all of this better. Redick and Elizabeth's stones are behind John and Mary Loving Bourland's stones which are her parents.

I don't know why Redick's stone would have been moved from the original place.

RE: Old Richland Cemetery
I do not know who may have records of who is buried there. I do know it was recorded back in the 1960's I believe and is in Hopkins County, Kentucky Cemetery Books, Vol 4 I think. I have the book but will have to look for it.

RE: Old Richland Cemetery
Hello Pam,

It does look terrible but it looks better than it has looked in a while. There is a couple that cleaned up enough to have some pathways to walk in and cleaned a lot of brush and briars and small trees out. About 1/4 of the right side was completely covered with 10 foot tall briers.

I took the photo of Elizabeth O'Bryan and others that looks really good back in 1985, a long time ago. Even before then it was a mess and someone came in and cleaned it really good and added the "Unknown" grave stones.

I was there for a few minutes a few weeks ago and plan on going back. I know where her stone is and will see if I can find it. Seems to me when I was there last and at a glance, I saw a broken stone that may have been hers.

RE: John M Sisk 84734806
The numbers after his dau's name was her Find A Grave #. I had found and requested a link to her father, but wanted to be able to find her again it the link didn't happen. So I put the # next the name until the link happens. Since there is a link the # is gone.

Wish I knew where she went too. Those gravesites just haven't been transcribed yet, I guess.
