Wrong Cemetery for Daniel & Mary Ann Davis
Carol, I only today discovered your entries for the Clark Cemetery in Clarksburg, MA. I think you have the wrong cemetery for Daniel E. Davis and Mary Ann Brown. They died in 1879 and 1893, respectively. No burials in the Clark Cemetery took place after 1830. This cemetery was for the Clark family only and was located on their farm.

Perhaps you were thinking of the Clarksburg Cemetery on Henderson Rd in Clarksburg? That seems to be the main cemetery in town.

Best regards,

Prudah Phelps (1783-1863)
Hi Carol,

My relative Prudence Bullock is listed in your files for Find a Grave and you have her parent's names correct, but the dates are wrong. You actually have the dates for her brother as her father. Her father is also Elkanah and he was born abt 1748 in Rehoboth, Bristol, Mass. and his wife Lydia was born in the same town on June 5, 1755. You have her death correct. Not sure when Elkanah died.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the good work.

thank you so much for posting the photos of their stones on the Memorials. I was trying to double check dates for my genealogy and these photos helped!

RE: Ruby Bangs
LOL I do the same thing (and other things too moving the same two people between adjoining cemeteries several times.)
All I need to do is find her again.
