Bio Photo Looking for information on my maternal grandfather, Charles Joseph Daniels (1872-1930)who married my grandmother, Kate Emma Daniels-Salisbury (1880-1964) in Conneaut, OH 07 Feb 1921. Only have his birth father, Francis Marion Daniels (1849-1925), unsure of his birth mother. Believe it was a Joan, or Joanne McCarty.

RE: Logan P. Daniels
I do have a question for you. Is Logan's father Earl? I was going to ask Mark to link them but then I was not sure if it was the right parent for Logan.

Just throwing this out there but if you want to maintain Logan's memorial, feel free to ask Mark. He will gladly transfer the memorial to you. :)

Logan P. Daniels
Sorry about the previous message being blank. I started to write one and it posted! :) I saw your note on Logan's memorial (51652837). I wanted to let you know that I have posted a photo of his death certificate to his memorial.

Hi Robbie,

I happened to be at the state archives yesterday and was photographing death certificates for Columbia county, I just added one for Charles Joseph Daniels, you can find it on his memorial #51652833.

I got the picture you requested for plot 2W, 1057. However the name on the stone is William E. Dunigan who is buried with his wife Jane A. The cemetery directory and the VA National Grave Locator both show both names listed for this plot, with identical dates, and ranks. (There is only a Jane Dunigan listed, no Jane Adams.) Unless, in the context of your research, you may know of some reason he would have changed his name, I would call this a VA error in the original data entry. (I've recently run across both situations in this cemetery)
Let me know and I'll change the name on the memorial.
Have a good one...Glenn

Hi Robbie,
Made the changes to the memorial you requested.
I did add a copy of his death card on file that has Mar 12 as date of death. So I thought I would go with that one.

RE: Logan Paul Daniels
Hi Robbie,
I was able to determine the unreadable stone belonged to Logan Paul Daniels from the plot numbers in the Columbia County Cemetery Record Book. He is in the upper cemetery plot 6-15 directly next to Earl S. Daniels, who is in plot 6-16. I did not find a marker for Charles Joseph Daniels when I photographed the cemetery. The records indicate he is buried in the lower part of the cemetery with no plot location or marker, and that his age at the time of his death was 58y 6m 21d. Hope this is helpful.
