Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am from SW Ohio but my grandparents on both sides were raised in Eastern Kentucky. On my mom's side the Hollon & Tyra families from Wolfe Co and on my dad's side the Arnold family from Lee Co & the Hays family from Breathitt Co. I have been researching my family tree for a long time, but still have a lot of unanswered questions! At this point, I'm on a mission to find my ancestors and recreate their stories in any way that I can.

Re: Boonie and John R. Pelfrey JR.
Just wanted to say THANK YOU for your kindess and for working to photograph and document stones.
Living so far away, you have helped me to "fit" two more pieces to our family history.
Again, thank you for your kindess.

Re: Boonie and John R. Pelfrey JR.
Good Evening:
These two are my uncles, who were born to John Richmond Pelfrey and Beryle Jean (Hatton) Pelfrey.
If it would not be too much trouble, would you mind transfer them to me.
If not, I understand and I want to thank you for documenting and photographing their stone. My Aunt Wathena (Pelfrey) Castle bought and had this stone put up for them.
Thank you for all you do and are doing.
May God bless you.

niece of Boonie and John R. Pelfrey Jr.

Elijah Coldiron can remove the "?" from the end of his name. That is his grave and you have the names of his parents correct. He was killed by his nephew, John Oaks. John was a brother to Sarah Oaks, who was Elijah's mother.
