Bio Photo I was born in Emporia, KS in 1946 to John L. and Barbara J (Campbell) Bishop. The USMC was my home town, primarily Parris Island, SC and Camp LeJeune, NC. After a four year time of growth in the Marine Corp I settled in Emporia. Living now in Wichita, Ks, since 1989, I am married to Cheryl A. (Ford). We both work fulltime.
My faith is in God and service with the Pleasant Valley United Methodist Church is a significant part of my life.
As I serve God and my family, I will serve others.

Hi, Gary,
John Andrew Sellers was my great grandfather. That makes us 3rd cousins 1x removed. I would like to use the picture you posted of your mother in my family tree if it is ok with you.
Thank you,
Beverly Sellers Carlisle

Your G-Grandpa
Hi, Gary:
Your Great Grandpa and my Great Grandpa were brothers! (Andrew Jackson & George Washington), don't you just love the names:0)))......Dennis Flynn Stinson is G.W.'s son who was my Grandpa. His daughter is Ethel JoAnn who is my Mom. There are sooooo many Stinsons, it makes my head hurt. So very interesting to find all of these connections. Thanks for all you do for the website. I guess you and I are what, 2nd or 3rd cousins????

RE: obit
thank you.. it just makes the memorial look trashy.
I copied it into the bio section where it belongs. I do appreciate when one sends info to add and I will add all that anyone sends..
I really think it is better in the bio section makes the memorial look neat and complete.
I appreciate you doing that but if you come across anymore I would really appreciate you sending it to me..

thanks for your understanding
keep up your great work that you do here for others.
it is the only way this site will work for the families who are looking, your hard work.
I, for one, appreciate it.
