I am a novice at genealogy but am learning more and more each time I enter Find A Grave website.|
Please use the Suggest A Correction to send a correction or to have a memorial transferred to you with your relationship to the person on the memorial.
If anyone detects an error in information I have listed, please let me know. I am planning to add pictures to memorials I have on FAG.

I took a picture of all the memorials in the cemetery and I was actually surprised to see it myself since I missed it when I took your original pic. It must be snuggled up close to the back of their stone judging by the shadows and the angle of the picture. I will verify sometime in the spring when I visit the cemetery again.

I was in the shop only once and do not know your relatives. We lived in Caledonia until Oct 2011 when we moved to Scottsville and my daughter and family moved into the house in Caledonia. I have been working on our genealogy for years and started just last year taking these memorial pictures as a way of helping relatives that cannot visit the cemeteries.

Cullia (Culley) Howell Truax Hinckley Loveless. Her oldest daughter Lizzie Truax Fisk, is my paternal grandmother. I plan a trip to the Corbettsville Cemetery as soon as the weather permits. I'll be glad to photo anything you need. I talked with Chase Funeral home. They were able to find her original records which indicated, apparently in error, that she is buried in Shawsville Cemetery. Her first child, Myron Truex (spelling changed) is there with a marker, however the Conklin Town Clerk claims Cullia is not there. Interesting that you call her Mae. I have not heard that before. - Bill

You should be able to edit the burial location on the bottom of the memorial and change it, but perhaps you can't do it because they were transfered to you, I'm not sure.
I think a couuple of them are already listed in the other cemetery. We need to get it straight and delete the duplicates.

The Whiting memorials you have that are listed in the Budd cemetery in Tompkins county, NY are listed in the wrong cemetery. They are buried in the Budd cemetery in Monticello, sullivan county, also known as the Mapes cemetery. They lived in sullivan county, tompkins county in nowhere near there.

I would be happy to transfer the memorials to you. I ask that you use the edit tab on the memorial and then the "Suggest a Correction..." to ask for a transfer. It makes it easier and more foolproof.
