Please remove the picture that you saved and posted on William's memorial in Pine Grove. It does not belong in Pine grove and I did not give you permission to use the photograph.

Thank you for the information on her mother. I am very grateful for any help, large or small, because any information may help a family member to find the graves of their loved ones, and friends. God bless, take care , and keep safe and well.

Highland Park cemetery request
Lee's steps for Highland Park Photo requests:
1. You find out where they are buried—this is very easily done by going to http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~ohcdrt/clecems/00dexfind.html#hig You may find other helpful info there about your ancestor, as well.
2. Add this burial information to their memorial so it shows up on the photo request list.
3. Write, call or e-mail the cemetery office to confirm that a marker actually exists—about 60% of requests for this cemetery will have no marker. http://www.cleveland-oh.gov/CityofCleveland/Home/Government/CityAgencies/ParksRecreationandProperties/Cemeteries
4. Send me a message letting me know that this stone is now ready to be found and I will look for it, weather permitting. If you discover that there is no marker, please go to the request, choose "report problem" and from the drop down, "cemetery office confirms that no marker exists for this burial"

Highland Park photo request
Hillary S informs me that you can actually look up the Highland Park burial records at http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~ohcdrt/clecems/00dexfind.html#hig
Yeah!
I'm still asking people to call the cemetery office to confirm that there is actually a stone there, however. More than 60% of the requests I've checked out have not had stones, they will only look up a limited number for me at a time and the cemetery is enormous (over 130,000 burials) with a numbering system that at times defies logic.

your photo request
I was at Highland Park Cemetery fulfilling photo requests today. It is a huge cemetery and there is no way anyone could find a tombstone without the Section and Lot or Tier number. I will, as I am able, look for the stones that have this information. There are 121 photo requests for this cemetery so I cannot request lookups for all of them. This is the link: http://www.cleveland-oh.gov/CityofCleveland/Home/Government/CityAgencies/ParksRecreationandProperties/Cemeteries
Please also ask them to check if there is actually a stone there

Re Thomas Whittington
Are you still online? There was no response to SAC I sent several months back relating that you have Thomas & Louisa Whittington in the wrong cemetery. If you will place then in Mt. Pleasant UMC cemetery, Greensboro, I will post the stone photos. If questions, contact me.
