Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have recently become a family history buff. I found out that finding a picture of a relative's grave online was a huge help in my research. I also found that when a grave stone was old and deteriorated, there were important names and dates that might be forever lost. I started taking pictures of my family's graves to memorialize them and keep them for the future.

If there is any way I can help someone else find their relative, I would love to help.

RE: Aaron Waller
Jennifer, please, note that the graves were located in the Waller-Higginson Cemetery when I copied them in the 1970's. Someone has just posted duplicates-see #106125511 & #97266007. They are listing 2 different cemeteries. I do not know if the graves were ever moved, nor do I know if the cemetery still exists. So many old family cemeteries have disappeared. Sometimes families simply moved stones elsewhere. I do know that ORIGINALLY they were located in the cemetery that I listed. Hope this helps. If you can clear up this mystery, let me know.

Duplicate memorial
Hello again! Another user has pointed out that I created a duplicate memorial. The one you made was created first, so I should delete mine. However, I wonder if I might assume management of yours so I can fill in all the missing details. Your memorial is No. 61960366. Mine is 67208821. Let me know. Thanks. -- Randall McCoach, Albuquerque, N.M., MyCatCyd@yahoo.com

Photo permission
Hi Jennifer. Thanks for your efforts at Find A Grave. Sincerely appreciated. I'm writing to ask your permission to use your headstone photo(s) with my public family tree at Ancestry.com. You and Find A Grave would be credited. The one I'm looking at is for Cora Helen Weedman in Louisburg Cemetery, but there might be others. Please reference Cora Barker when responding. Thanks again. -- Randall McCoach, Albuquerque, N.M., MyCatCyd@yahoo.com

re Freegift Stout gravestone
Yeah, really! You have to be lying on the ground right in front of it at sunset to see the inscription, but it's there. Someday I'll go back at sunset and try to get a better pic.
