|I work full time as a Certified Paralegal (CP) for a law firm in Overland Park, Kansas.|
I have been the keeper of the family history for quite a few years now. For my family, I am researching the surnames of Chatburn, Radtke, Holben, Emmerson, Hershey, Stubbart, Bly, Walker.
For my husband's family, I am researching Wood, Worden, Lusk, Stark, Williams, Casey, Hutton, Fergus.

Sharon, I just received an email from FindAGrave that I created a duplicate memorial for Leah Lindsey Harmon. I did indeed do so! Leah is my great great grandmother on my mother's side. Is she also your direct-line ancestor? If not, would you be willing to transfer the one you created? Or I can transfer mine to you. Either way, we ought to get these two memorials combined into one. You have one of her children linked on yours, and I have another linked on mine. Thanks!!

|Cynthia Dodd Nichols Russell||FERGUS connection|
Your husband's FERGUS connection has caught my attention. I am the keep of almost 17,000 FERGUS descendants. Please contact me with his parents, grandparents, great-grandparents so I can make sure he is in our database!

|Patricia Walsh Meadows||Royal Stone|
Hi, I have a question about Royal Stone and maybe you can help. I'm assuming you set up his memorial/bio using the information from the photo at the museum? Is this correct? So I'm wondering if you have this, or just saw the photo as part of your research. I'm trying to determine if this Royal Stone is connected to my family. And Royal is a unique type of name and so I think so. But, trying to document facts. Thanks for your time. Pat Meadows
|Gene Majors||James Fergus|
I was browsing Find a Grave and found that you had posted James Fergus and his wife in Martin Cemetery. I checked your bio and noticed that your husband's family is FERGUS. I too am a FERGUS descendant. James FERGUS is the brother-in-law, and 1st cousin to my g-g-grand-father, James Abraham DITTY. James Abraham Ditty was the son of Jincy FERGUS and Abraham DITTY.
The parents of your James FERGUS were Samuel FERGUS (brother of Jincy) and Catherine DITTY (sister of Abraham DITTY who married Jincy).
I, and another cousin, have done quite a bit of research on these families and am willing to share info if you desire.
The parents of your James FERGUS were Francis FERGUS (from Ireland, family originally from Scotland) and Mary McCormick. Francis served in the Rev. War.

|Anthony McCloud||Researching Wood Family|
Hi there. James Anthony McCloud, great-nephew of Robert Clutter and linked to the Wood family. Bob's sister Lois Charlene married Glen McCloud, who in turn had my mother Deleta McCloud. James M Wood (Birth 25 Sep 1820 in Ludlow, Shropshire, England
Death 11 Feb 1889 in Stewartsville, De Kalb, Missouri, USA) was my great-great-great father, and my line descends from his son John Mollott Wood).
I would love any information on James M. Wood's parents and lineage. I've hit a roadblock on my research. Thanks!
