Just started getting back into genealogy recently and came across this website which has helped with part of it. I currently live right across the street from Moore Cemetery in Moore, OK and I've gotten the bug to start "grave walking", so when time allows I'm going to start filling in pics for the Moore Cemetery and a few others south of me that have some of my family in it.
Currently researching Owens, Allcorn, Alcorn, Cox, Bigley, Walker, Wright, Hodge.
And please, if I have a relative of yours, don't hesitate to ask for a transfer. I would much rather the memorial be in the hands of a family member.

|Edwin Owens||William Thomas Owens siblings|
I noticed in FindaGrave the memorial for William Thomas Owens, b. 1837 in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
I have traced my ancestry back to James L Owens, b. 1825 in South Carolina.
Is there any chance that you have records connecting these two people?

Hi Jason, I don't know if I ever sent you a reply thanking you for the pictures you posted. That was so kind of you and it is very much appreciated.

Weird. I had taken a photo for a request on Thomas and Mary - I guess since I wasn't on the lookout for Emma, I didn't see her stone! Oh well, if you post the photo you have, I can try to find the user who made the request and let them know.

Thanks for writing me back. I think Uncle Barney had siblings but not sure. Have to ask my mom's cousin Carrie, who I guess is a distant relation to you too lol! Really enjoy this site. Working my Dad's side of the family now that my mom's is pretty much done.

Thank you for adding Ollie and Calvin Owens. They were my Great Uncle "Barney" Edwin's parents. My Great Uncle by marriage. He was married to my Great Auntie, Margaret Wolfe Owens. They lived in Blachly, Oregon all their married life. Thanks again!
P.S. I think Ollie and Calvin had more children, maybe a daughter? I thought Uncle Barney had a sister.

|Carl Lansden||Memorial FAG # 52067579|
Hello Jason Owens:
My name is Carl Lansden, Find A Grave # 46968416.
I would appreciate some information on one of your postings. Pictures on Find A Grave Memorial 52067579. Ms. Larcenia E. Carrington. According to the memorial you placed a picture of Larsene Freeland on the memorial. My question to you What, if any, is the connection or relationship between Ms Carrington and Ms Freeland? The second question. Did you establish the link between Ms. Carrington and James S. Freeland? If so, what is your source of information. Mr James S. Freeland is s distant relative of my family and Was a Cumberland Presbyterian Preacher. I do not believe he was married 2 times. Please advise.

I have been unable to work my find a grave projects for the past 2 months. I have more time now and will check the graves in that order, if you do not already have the information.
