Bio and Links
Bio Photo I grew up in Millinocket and then went on to UMaine from 1990-1995. I worked in the Bangor area thereafter until late 2002. I have been living back in Millinocket for some time, and love to take photos! I recently found this website and would love to help, because I have been looking up ancestors of my own. I actually would like to find more info on how to do that without having to pay $$ to ancestry.com!
I'd love to start taking photos in the Millinocket Cemetery!

Hi Alyssa
I have 13 pages of Data and Family Photos.
If you wish, I can send by email, as I don't have a Family tree.
I'm researching 600 + past members of Pine Tree Lodge # 172, Mattawamkeag.
My email thepup1@myfairpoint.net

I also live in Medway, not too far to travel to show what I have.

Hi,
I'm the Lodge historian for Pine Tree Lodge # 172, Mattawamkeag, Maine
The birth date on Byron is 1859, not 1853.
He was a past member of our lodge, and all records have him 1859. If you look close on the stone you have it is definitely 1859.

RE: Catholic Cemetery
Thanks for the reply.

I was wondering because I learned that my grandfather's brother is buried in the catholic cemetery in Millinocket. This is according to U.S. Veteran Headstone Applications.

His name is Maurice J. Lynch Dec 15, 1895-Feb 7,1946.

No hurry but if you get a chance would it be possible to check?

Regards,

Andrew

We have talked before and found out we are cousins. I have several michaud stones which I would love to have photos posted on their pages frm the east millinocket cemetery. I noticed you mentioned you are willing to take photo's from that cemetery. Could you please do this for me.
Thanks

River Phoenix
Alyssa -

You left the following message on my contributor's site:
river phoenix
hi, just wondering how it was that you got to add river's entry, and if there is a way to add more photos? how can we get the virtual flowers going again!? crying SHAME that people abused it. it is like grave tampering, in my opinion.

To answer your question about adding a photo: Click on the photo tab, and in the upper right corner is: add a photo. Follow the instructions about photos - less than 350 kb, not a copyrighted photo, etc.

To add a flower, unfortunately, this is not possible because the flowers have been turned off, due to abuse. Maybe one day, Findagrave will turn it back on.

Best wishes,

Morgan
