Bio Photo "Grandchildren are the dots that connect the lines from generation to generation." Lois Wyse (20th century)

"Life is the flash of a firefly in the night. It is the breath of a buffalo in the wintertime. It is the little shadow which runs across the grass and loses itself in the sunset. What you leave behind is not what is engraved in stone monuments, but what is woven into the lives of others." S Pierce in memorial of "Woody" and Wilda Woodward.

I am a grandmother picking up the genealogy work started by my father, mother and uncle. Now, I am combining and elaborating on this work, linking my family genealogy (ancestors and descendents) and adding memorials for family and friends.

If you have family whose memorials I manage, I will be glad to transfer these to you.

If you want to copy any of the photos I have posted, feel free to as long is it is not used for commercial purposes.

I assisted with the Centennial Chapter NSDAR project of photographing the headstones in Weld County Colorado. http://www.coloradodar.org/chapters/centennialstate/cemeteries.html

"Upon my death I authorize any of my memorials to be transferred to any FAG contributor as they are requested."

"If ever there is tomorrow when we're not together... there is something you must always remember. you are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. but the most important thing is, even if we're apart... i'll always be with you."

You are welcome and I am really sorry for your loss. I did find their son first he was next to the road at the foot of his parents.

Very interesting! I was wondering if it was the same person, because the dates were different. Glad to help out!

RE: Hiram Saxton
The Saxton's in my file seem to have all married into the HEDGER line with I am hove sort of become the online editor for. I don't have York or a Hiram Saxton. I have a Howard and a Hugh Saxton born 1916 and 1906 respectively.

RE: Genevieve Kern Hollenbeck
Hi - I am NOT a blood relative of Genevieve. I started tracing the "Metzger" family which my Dad's uncle married into.
That "Tree Chasing" led to Genevieve, which my Ancestry Family Tree program lists as "the Sister-in Law of the 2nd cousin of Lucy Metzger". (Lucy Metzger married Leonard Weide).

Yes, I do have a tendency to go way too far tracing the extended roots of family members, but it is interesting.

Regards,
Richard Weide

RE: Robison/Canody
You're very welcome. I recently finished a major project, moving after 19 years, and I am able to get back to doing photography. I am glad that the work is pleasing.

I particularly enjoy finding family groupings like that, and putting them in. Sometimes it shows new information to family members who didn't know they were together.

It was a great day in the cemeteries.
