Capt. John M. Shaw
As the original contributor for this memorial (#52815533)I was curious where you found the information, particularly the death date, for the Capt. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you!
Dave, thank you for the photo! It's what I was hoping for. May I ask, are those markings on the store wear and tear, or water damage, or was the stone itself wet?

I'm so glad that you took this! My Grandma would be so happy.

RE: Certifying a location
Sounds great! I'm putting up the few photos I have from the stones. One somehow got superimposed with my graduation pic; it's a bit creepy looking. Robert, son; William, father; and Margaret Ann, mother are all Wilkins, and should be beside the track. From Google Earth, the tire treds still seem visible (tg!) so I can but assume it's the North side that we used to come in on. One side had breast high and higher weeds, the entrance had forest and a burned house on a corner, and we were within the first row or two.

Certifying a location
Dave, if I give you a few names, could you verify that these are at a certain Sandyville cemetary? I have photos of the gravestones in paper form, but I'm interested in getting the gps information since my grandmother used to drive us down, and she died in 1986. It was her family that lived in Sandyville, and I'm interested in locating both sides of stones. It's time that they are taken care of again.

Thank you.

Mrs Denise L.

Thanks so much for taking the picture. Great job. Will you put it on his wife's memorial, also?.

RE: Joann Elizabeth Mathey
Good Morning Dave,
I appreciate your efforts in searching for Joann's husband's headstone. He may be buried in another cemetery as he died in a different location from her. Thanks so much for checking for me and again for her picture.

Thanks so much for taking the picture for Katheryn Steinbaugh. You do super work. Could you please put it on the memorial for her husband Clifford. There is a link on her memorial. Thanks again.
