Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a single dad living in St. Petersburg, Florida. I was born in Texas and grew up in North Carolina. I graduated from Florida State University in 1973 majoring in English and Journalism. I enjoy photography, genealogy and doing research, and have always been fascinated with the architecture of eternity.

Working with the Find A Grave project is interesting and I am pleased to be able to help memorialized the deceased loved ones of my family and others.

RE: Henry Pollard
The two Pollards boys are on the east side of the highway of the Holder Cemetery on Hwy 365. Most of the Whitfields are buried on that side. You also has one in the smaller Holder Cemetery east of Burnsville. There is a duplicate for the one in the bigger cemetery. If you will transfer all that you have to me, I will get with Sarah Martin that has the duplicate and get them fixed up. I will go to each and request a transfer. That will be easier for you.
When is the Pollard Reunion? I would love to meet my cousins. I am going to a Rorie Reunion at Jacinto August 20th and a Fite Reunion in Columbia, TN Labor Day Weekend. Hope the Pollard Reunion isn't one of those dates.

RE: Henry Pollard
Hi Charles, The two babies, Edgar & Henry, have memorials in both Holder Cemeteries. The two listed in the smaller cemetery just need to be deleted. Find A Grave contributor, Sarah Martin, has memorials for both the babies and Narcissa Whitfield Pollard at the bigger cemetery and you have one for Edgar. They are on the same headstone. Sarah has been really great about transferring memorials to me and if you use the edit link and request transfer and include you Find A Grave #, I am sure she will let you have the memorials she has created. If you will get me Narcissa date of death, I have a monument company in Corinth that I can get an 18" by 8" marker for $125 plus tax. I have already got 5 for some of my ancestors that were in unmarked graves. When is the Pollard reunion? Would love to meet you and the rest of the Pollard family. Marsha

Martha Lowry
I had requested a picture of her grave. I was just fulfilled, but I'm not sure it's the correct grave they took a picture of. Was she also married to a Mooneyham?

Just a reminder, I come through Martha's half-brother Emerald Monroe Lowry's line.

Henry Pollard
Hi Charles, You have Henry at the wrong Holder Cemetery and some one already has him posted at the other one. Edgar is posted twice at the other one. Marsha

RE: J.E Butler
Hi Charles,

I transcribed J E Butler from the Tishomingo Counties Cemeteries book, pub. 1997, and have no family info on him. He's in Piney Grove (also known as Allen Line) near the Tenn-Tom Waterway.

By early August I should be in Mississippi and will be glad to locate and photograph the stone.

Thanks, Jean

Charles Boden
Thank you for the photo of the Charles Boden's crypt/marker. I created a memorial for his wife, and put a request in for a photo for her as well if you'd like to upload this photo to her memorial also. I appreciate your work, and the extra time you took to provide the information regarding the crypt and cemetery information in the caption. Thank you!
