RE: St Mary's Cemetery Dunkirk
Hi Claire,

Section A on the cemetery map is section 2 on my book map. Section 2 in the book contains sections A, B and C of the cemetery map. Section A being the section closest to Route 60 and travels back a third of the way. It's confusing I know. The Morewood children are listed in the book but doesn't say where. Let me know if you have any more questions.

Ron

RE: Map of St Mary's Cemetery Dunkirk
Hi Claire,

I have a book that states with numbers showing where a certain grave is. In the book it goes numbered section, then numbered row, then grave number in that row. Like 42404 would be section 4, row 24 then 04, fourth grave in.
What's the persons name for the grave you are looking for.

Ron

Ottnat @ Holy Sep
I added the pics for Frank and Margaret. Aslo I created memorials and added pics for the family members who are buried with them, some of whom are not listed in the cemetery records. The name inscribed largely at the bottom of the monument is "T Ottnat" the only "T" I can find is Theresa.

Here's the rest of the crew: William (d.1874), Anthony (d.1876), John E (d.1881), Frank E (d.1881), Theresa (d.1919), John (d.1875), and William 1876-1895).

Hi Claire:
I have searched the back part of the cemetery for their markers and and have not found them. There are about 12 to 14 laying in the grass and covered over with vines and other deris. (some are broken in half),I looked at each of them and about half you can't read. The grounds keeper uses this area for his composting and weeds,so stuff grows well here. But,they are resting here and no visible marker other than a broken stub where their marker might have been. If,you require any other help, let me know. Bruce.

Stephan's
Hi Claire, I am working on your Stephan clan on my tree. I have an Anna Maria Steffan b1787 Dau of Michael who married her Cousin Adam Stephan b1778. My g/grandfather Adam Stephan b1813 - a distant Cousin to your Peter b1810 - came to America in 1832 with his Great Uncle Adam b1778. I have two Peter Stephan's in my Lineage - one b1748 & his father b1728 from Hessen - just across the river from Alsace, France so no doubt we are 'Distant Cousins' as well - see my G/grandfather on #114985826, Gene

RE: Salma Malouf
Hi Claire,

Sorry for the goof. It was my first time usual the F.A.G. App. I traipsed all over the cemetery but couldn't find Salma. I am going back (with reinforcements) to try and find her (?).
