Bio and Links
Bio Photo I like photography, genealogy, and helping people so what a fantastic opportunity for me to tackle all three by participating on Find A Grave.

I will embark on a full cataloging of a few local cemeteries in Mountain View, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and possibly other areas. I do not expect to tackle this all at once, and it may take me several years to do so. It will result in a many new known gravesites, as well as photographs to go with them. If you have a specific request, please do make a request, and let me know to check it out.

By day, I'm a technology entrepreneur building software products that help people discover the things that they'll love (museums, wine, cheese, etc).

RE: Thank you!
Hi, I didn't double check with the office. The records for that part of the cemetery are housed at the City of Bangor Public Works office. I did just pull up the Maine death records for the sons. Neither shows a middle initial or name for John, both show his birthplace as Saint John, New Brunswick. John's wife Annie's maiden name is Cowing (or Cowan), she being born in Glenburn, Maine. Help?

Salvucci Burial
Hello Kevin...There are 2 Salvucci Headstones in that section of the Mt. Wollaston Cemetery in Quincy, Ma. The Plot # given is generally right there as well. However the name you were looking for is not engraved on either of the headstones. The names that are engraved are ; Joseph Biagio Salvucci - 2-27-1905 to 8-16-2000 ( there does seem to be a blank area under his name ) and the second headstone next to the first is engraved Anthony J. 1916-1990 , his wife Gertrude H. 1916-1992 and John F. 1920-1991.....Is there a possibility her name was not inscribed on either of these headstones if they are in fact any relation at all ?...All the best for a Happy Thanksgiving...Ed McDonough

Mt Wollaston Requests
Kevin,

If you could obtain the SECTIONS of your various photo requests I'd be glad to see if I can help.
The plots are listed ... but not the SECTIONS. There may be several Plots of 147 or 1400 etc within the various SECTIONS of the cemetery.
You can call the office at 617-376-1295 and they are usually very helpful.

Regards
Ed

RE: William Henry Hughes
Kevin,

Nice job on the photos. I appreciate it. Still don't know who the others are, possibly a daughter & granddaughter but I'll keep digging.

Thanks,

Hi Kevin,
Thank you so much for letting me know the area that she is buried in. Her husband, Tom Wilson, was cremated and buried in the same grave with her. We had a photo of her headstone sent to us but we couldn't get it small enough to put on her memorial. Could you add a photo for me? I'll go ahead and submit a request. Thanks again. Mike

RE: William Henry Hughes
Kevin,

Thanks for the phone # of the cemetery. I called & got Niche 146 Room C Mausoleum # 1 for the location of William's final resting place. Both he & his wife Lorena were cremated & ashes placed in that crypt. If you would post a photo to both records, I would appreciate it.

Regards,
Rich O'Keefe
