I'm born and raised in Harrison County WV and plan to be there until the Lord takes me home. I have been doing research now for about 6 years. I have lived in WVall my life and dont ever want to leave. I really enjoy doing research for myself and for others. I seem to find it addicting! The families that I'm researching are the Robinson and Baldwin families from Webster County Wv (John E. Robinson and Nancy Baldwin) the Cool and Fisher Families from Webster County Wv (Christopher C Cool and Elizabeth Fisher) the Riley and Sandy Fanilies from Upsher County Wv (John Wesley Riley and Charity Squires) the Powell and Talkington families from Wetzel County WV (Dana Talkington and Arthur Powell) the Price and Bates families from Wetzel County WV (Russell Price and Lula Bates)
I lost all of my grandparents before I became interested in any of my family linage and my only regret is that I didnt learn as much from them as possible, because now I have no one able to tell me. Will gladly help others on their research just message me.

William Talkington

The West Virginia Talkington family is not in my direct line, but I may have some information which would help you. Right now I am in too many projects and it will be early next week before I can do some searching for you.

RE: Arthur Powell

I think we have talked before. I am David Miller's gggrandaughter. When we spoke last you still had not found to much information on James Powell? Have you found out anything more yet?

Griffin Cemetery
Thank you so much for your information and effort in taking pictures of the graves moved from Griffin Cemetery to Lumberport. I have worked on my father's genealogy for over 32 years, and just found this Griffin family last year. My great-great-grandmother Agy was a Griffin. I went to WV last Sept and found my g-g-g-g grandparents in Old Baptist Cemetery. Their son Joshua moved west to Ohio where my g-g-grandmother was raised and married my g-g-grandfather. I am trying to complete what I can of the Griffin line and locate all the graves I can. I live in GA, so I'm depending on friends like you to help with my search. Thank you so much for your help and kindness. Blessings to you!

RE: riley family
I will gladly transfer ownership of your family members if you'd like. I was there doing research last summer on my family and decided to photograph the entire cemetery. I have many members of my family there and the more I dig the more I realize the extent of it!
Let me know if you'd like to have them transferred.
