I've been doing genealogy a long time, but just started (June 2010) putting stuff on findagrave.com. I specialize in genealogy of my wife's ancestors in McKean County PA and Sweden and in Eggler genealogy anywhere. I have three genealogy files on rootsweb/worldconnect.|

Please use the edit feature on findagrave when asking for a change. Thank you....it makes life so much easier.
Request permission to use your excellent Headstone photographs in my family tree.

I don't have any info on Joseph's mother Mary Kellogg and just theorized that since his mother and wife were both Kellogg's that there might be a relationship. So no, don't seem to have the other Adeline in my husband's family tree, so can't help out there.

Thanks. Not sure how that stupid mistake was made. Maybe I can blame it on the new system for making changes to Findagrave! I will confess I don't always look closely when the edits come through for links.
But this was probably just a stupid mistake on my part because I quite clearly only have him married to Adelia Kellogg in my husband's family tree. I think he was probably married to a distant cousin, already, because his mother was a Kellogg. No need to have him do it twice!
Thanks for catching my error.

Can't find anything else. These memoirs by my grandmother are of her childhood, so she would be remembering Augusta in the 1910s-1920s, so perhaps there is an earlier marriage. I've only been able to find two census records for her (doing research on my own back in the mid-1990s and lately on ancestry.com), aged 6 and 16.
|mizcorbie||RE: John Allen|
Thank you! My brother went there today and was told Augusta is buried with John, but there was never any inscription added (although there is space for it).
Do you know anything about their children? My grandmother told me she adored her Aunt Gussie's son when she was a girl (but couldn't remember his name) and that he had race horses.
Thanks for the edits, which I accepted. Can you give me any info that I can add to my family trees? Do you know how John ended up in eastern PA?
Thanks and all the best,
I noticed, thank you so much! Now if I can just figure out how they were cousins I'll be doing good..lol

David, Thank you so very much for taking the time to go out and take the photo of Lawerance Stratton's memorial. He was my mother's cousin.
