|I grew up next to a large cemetery in Des Moines, IA and have always been fascinated by them. The stone designs, stories, people and history you can gather from the cemeteries keeps me photographing. If I can link someone with a family stone the better it is, for I know how important my families graves are to me.|

You have taken a beautiful picture of the headstone of my 3rd great grandparents, Alpheus and Sarah Ann Stephens Keyes. May I use your picture (with proper credit) on my ancestry.com page?

Thank you very much for taking the time to photograph these "forgotten" cemeteries, it is wonderful to see pictures of stones that will be lost to history in but a few more years. Since you've obviously visited it, I'm hoping that you can tell me where the Neighbors Family Cemetery is located in Texas County, Missouri? Several of my ancestors are interred there, and I would love to add it to my list of places to visit next time I travel to Missouri.

In my family, the Garsts, Neighbors and Stevens all married into each other and made 1 branch in my family tree. In turn they married into the Barnharts my main branch. Gail

Thanks for the lovely headstone pics in this area. I wondered if you would allow me to use the pics in my family researching (with credit, of course)? Gail

Hi Carol, I noticed that your memorials are a duplication of the memorials for Nathan and Sallie Rice as listed in the Masonic Cemetery in Trenton, Mo. I believe the Masonic Cemetery is a more accurate listing than Odd Fellows, since the Masonic logo can be seen at the top of their headstone. Also, there are about nine members of the Rice family buried in the Masonic Cemetery. Just thought you'd want to know... Jo

Just a note to say you take great headstone photos! I was browsing through the New Salem Cemetery and came across some of your work--very nice!
