I've been doing genealogy for many years but have been really into it for the past few years after my retirement. With the internet and all the information at hand it is so much easier then when I first started.
I appreciate so much, the efforts of all of the contributors to Find A Grave, I have been able to find so much information about family members.
I am more then happy to return the favor by taking pictures of gravesites for any of you with family members in the Los Angeles area.
My direct family lines are: King/Baldridge/Jenkins/Wilson/Qualls/Kingen/ Melvin as well as countless side lines. My parents are from Arkansas and Missouri.

Squire Wear
We did not find a marker for Squire Wear. We did find marker's for Jimmie, Joanne, Josephine and Lloyd. I have created pages for them and added the photos.

I am wondering if Jimmie is Squire as there are no dates on his marker..they did refer to young boys as squire back in the day.. if that is not the case, then Squire has no marker.

We are working on taking pics of all the markers in Oakesdale and posting on Find A Grave... then adding pages for all those that do not have markers.. it's an ongoing project.

Hi Marlene!
I saw your message to the holder of David's memorial. Try doing it this way: Go to David's memorial and click on the "Edit" tab. Click where it says you are "suggesting a correction" etc. Put your request for the transfer in, using the field that is used to make a suggestion. Make sure you click on the box to send a copy of the message to yourself. Keep that copy in your e-mail inbox. That is for you to use in case you get no response.

I hope this works! See you in Church.

Regards,
Bonnie

Andrew Wilburn
I added the year my Great Grandparents were married and that seem to drop Uncle Andy from Hattie's calculated children

RE: Hatie Baker Wilburn 55943122
Hi Marlene,

You are correct, Andrew Jackson Wilburn was not Great Grandmother Hattie's son. Not sure how that got on there and I can't see how to remove it. I don't remember adding it but maybe I did. I know he wasn't hers, so if I did add it, it was a mistake.

Hattie had 3 children with Charlie Wilburn, Hebert (my grandfather), Snowdie and Easter. She also had a daughter before she married Great Grandfather Charlie, her name is Bessie. I have a picture of her with my Grandfather but I don't know much about her.

My Grandfather Herbert also married a Snowdie so if you see information that looks a bit confusing just know he had a sister Snowdie and married Snowdie Noth.

RE: Bahnmaier Stull Cemetery
No, I'm not related, but the name is sure familiar. I just went to the cemetery one day and took a lot of photos. Whoever transcribed the 1940 census really had a problem with the spelling!
There are still six Bahnmaiers in the Lawrence phone book. If you need any further genealogical research in Douglas Co. let me know.

KCK records
Saw your posts re your KCK families. Just thought I would mention that I have copies of some of the cemetery records for the cemeteries now ran by the city. I have full copies of Mt Hope & Quindaro and partial/most of several of the others. Feel free to send me an email if you'd like me to check out what I have. Kim

re: Phelan family in Edwardsville Cemetery
It might be better to create a memorial page for James and Blanche so that we can upload the photos to their own pages! I claimed the new request, but I thought I'd suggest creating separate pages for his parents.
