Even though I have lived my entire life in Baltimore, MD, I was born in Waynesboro, PA. My family is primarily from the Waynesboro Area. Paternally, I am Dull and Wile. On the Maternal side I am Layman and Irvine.
I started researching as a memorial to my mother, Mabel Elizabeth (Skip/Skipper) Irvine-Dull, who took 10 years to gather info available online in 10 minutes. My family tree consists of over 12000 names dating back to the 1200s Scotland. I have been lucky because I have connected to two inter-national and one national tree. Unfortunately the Wile family ends with my G-Grandfather.
My goal in my tree program is to add a personal picture and grave marker photo for each direct ancestor.
I have contributed a 500 page printout of my tree to many historical societies.
I am an investigator for the State of Maryland after retiring from the US Navy in 1991. I like to tell new people I meet, "I find dead people".
If you are ever in Baltimore, I would love to show you some dead people down here, even though I am not related to many. | |

 | ELIZABETH MONN/DULL Hey Cousin,
I found info indicating the maiden name of Elizabeth Monn, the wife of (George) Conrad Monn, Jr. is Elizabeth Dull. Is there any truth to that? She is the MIL to my gg-grandfather, Philip Wile, Sr. and mother of Martha Monn Wile, his wife.
THANKS,
John | | | Bonnie

 | RE: bruce c layman Hi Bruce, I thought sure I transferred him to you too, but apparently the gremlins were working to foul things up. I have gone in and done the transfer once again. Please let me know if there is any further problem. Thanks, BonnieAdded by Bonnie on May 11, 2012 8:09 PM | | | John Wyle

 | Catherine Shockey I am related to the Shockey line through my fathers side however I have no problem transfering any memorial over to other family members. I dont know if you are aware that all Shockeys come from one ancestor. If you are interested in more info let me know.

 | Family transfers All family transfers are now complete. Take good care of them! The family photos you have added are a great compliment to their memorials. Nice job Bruce.Added by Bonnie on Jul 07, 2010 11:00 AM | | | Lora
 | Irvin and Mollie Monn As requested, I've transfered owernship for Irvin and Mollie Monn to you. Hopefully you will be able to add more to their memorials than I could. My connection to them is on the Monn side. Jacob Monn and Margaret Wagaman had 6 children. Two of these children were Joseph and David Daniel Monn. Joseph was my great great grandfather and David was the father of Irvin Monn. My mother's maiden name is Monn. I am the 1st cousin 3 times removed of Irvin Monn. Hope this helps.
