Born in Indiana to George and Hazel (Bates) Morgason. I have always been interested in my roots and even when I was a little girl I asked questions of my older relatives. It wasn't until my children grew up that I had time to devote to building family trees and creating family books. |
My grandma Bates (Borror) was always interested in where she came from and had a wealth of pictures, so I do come by it honestly.
My grandpa Bates died before I was born and the bates family just peters out after a couple generations.
My dad's family had a mis-spelling of the name Morgason to contend with.
Mix into that my huband's family of Barrington and Toler and still, almost 99% of us stayed in Indiana, the Virginias & the Carolinas.
But basically, here on find-a-grave, I'm just trying to connect my families together. I feel families belong together at the end of the day.

Thank you I added it to my virtual cemetery! Have you tried to request a photo on here of his actual grave? Also can I add family members to it? Thank you!

|Avilon Walston||Hi Susan|
Nelson Riley Parsons was my 3rd great Grandfather! I would like a transfer if you are not kin too! Wow, I also would like to know if you have any additional info about him! I am from his daughter Henrrietta Parsons. His daughter Tillie Ann was the one born after his death! What a sad story! Henrrietta was only 5 when he died! Thank you!

I only know it by the fact that the Crown Hill database states that your great aunt, Edith Marie Kenworthy, is in Section 41A, the Anatomical section. Anatomical meaning that the people have made the decision to donate their bodies to science. Feel free to contact Crown Hill directly or the Crown Hill genealogist and they will tell you the same thing. Your aunt is in Section 41A - the Anatomical section. Have a nice day.

My husband's first year at Frederick Military Academy and "Barry" was his battalion commander. The class of 1970 is very close. And that class as well as all the cadets that knew him still talk about him to this day - with loving memories. My husband played taps at Barry's funeral. It was his greatest honor.
You may go to the FMA alumni page as well as facebook. Here are the links.

Sorry Vecie's photo is out of focus. I'll get a better one later. I didn't realize until I got home that it wasn't great.
