I have been interested in Genealogy all my life. I had a grandmother McDonald who loved to tell stories, and I really loved to hear them I got really serious about family in 1969 when we moved from CA home to KS and I could visit with some of the great aunts & Uncles. I have a Bonesbuddy who loves to travel with me. We have been from coast to coast tracking bones...Now it seems everything is on computer however I still love to get out and go to libraries, court house's and cemeteries. I am enjoying working with find a grave. I had three children, four grandchildren and four great grands. I love every one of them and hope some decide to carry on with the genealogy.|

Thanks for the updated information on Thomas Carey. I included all of your suggestions and linked him to his parents.
If you have anymore corrections for any of the memorials I've created, please send them and I'll gladly update them.
Thanks for all of the work you do for Find A Grave.

|Anita Dennis||RE: Bradie Lathrom|
You are, of course, correct. Don't know where my brain was when I added the photos.
Did a little research on Ancestry and have linked Bradie, born 1896, to his wife and she to her parents.
Would you please link Bradie Ray (born 1928) to his parents and to his wife?
Bradie Lathrom 93534879
Nellie Opal Maley Lathrom Browning 96845361
wife Ethel Lathrom 93534888 (Note there is no death date for Ethel; she may or may not be buried there.)
Thank you for catching this!!

Thank you for the transfer of Richard Teter...it is greatly appreciated!!
|Ruth Dowdy-McArthur||Ticer Family History|
It sounds like you are a member of the Ticer facmily. I'm actually a Dowdy Family Historian and have been doing some work on the connections of this Rickman line to those of the Ticer and Dowdy families.
I'd be really interested to learn what information had on these families. Is there any way that you could either send me a copy of that particular group electronically or else photocopy her information for me?
I know that Thomas Dowdy of Chatham County, NC was the father of Lucy Dowdy, who was several generations ahead of Anna. Uriah Ticer was Lucy's son. Beyond that the information becomes a bit more sketchy for me but I'd be mostly interested on what she may have had on the earlier generations.
If you could please write to me at email@example.com, I'd love to hear from you.

Thanks! That was fast. There used to be a headstone picture there, but apparently, somewhere along the line, someone took it down.

Thank you for the notification that the earlier memorial has been moved to the correct cemetery. All information has been transferred.
|Linda Eaton||J. I Butler|
Do you know anything more about J. I Butler buried in Pleasantview Cemetery, Glenloc, Anderson Co., KA?
A wife or child, maybe, to help me figure out whether he is an avenue I should pursue? Thanks.
