Me
William McCormick
William is also my great-great grandfather was just wondering how you arrived at the fact that his middle name was Samuel. Every piece of info I have on him the H. appears even on his obit, that his brother wrote.
the only ONE place I seen the S. was on a marriage license. These McCormick's can get confusing at times. Family history says he is buried at Mount Jackson. I also went to Mount Jackson to search for him but many of the markers are to deteriorated to read and many markers are missing as well. I know he had a son William Samuel born 1846 and 1919. Stephen Lewis McCormick is my great-grandfather he is also buried in Mount Jackson. I can make a note on his page that you gave information of the middle name as Samuel. Thanks for your time Lora

Welcome, and thanks!
Welcome to Find A Grave, and thank you for deleting those duplicates so quickly! And, most especially, howdy to another HUFFORD descendant! Let me know if I can help.

Duplicates
Please, please check for duplicates before adding memorials! Remember, you can make "Virtual Cemeteries," and you can request transfers of close relatives. And, if you do have info to add that is not already on the original memorial, you can use the "Edit" tab to send a "Suggest A Correction" to the person maintaining the memorial to have the information added.

Please do not add duplicates; duplicates really muck up the Find A Grave system very badly.
