|I am a retired teacher researching the Absalom Martin (1772 South Carolinia - 1850 Hall Co,GA)family. I am currently researching Prospect UMC Cemetery. I am currently entering the cemetery and would appreciate help in adding information and pictures. This church and cemetery are in Gwinnett County, Ga. and I live in Winder, GA. If you notice any errors, please let me know and I will correct verifiable mistakes. |

|Nadine Smith||Gideon's descendants|
Gideon is related the father of my Great Grandmother Luther Scruggs is my grandfather
|NAETURE||Martins and Bennett's|
You told me once that you were researching the Bennett family. I notice that there is a Martin connection to the Bennett family. Does this possibly mean that you are connected to the Bennett family. William Rice and Sarah Isabel Puckett Bennett are my great great grandparents. I know nothing about them other than what I have researched. I want to connect with some of the family. Can you help me? I would appreciate anything you can offer. Sincerely, Rhunae Cross

|Nadine Smith||Sprayberry and Scruggs Family|
Can you email me at email@example.com. Please my grandmother was a Scruggs and my Great Grandmother was a daughter of Gideon Sprayberry
Thanks for her maiden name and links to parents. I appreciate it. When I created her and her husband's memorials, the info I had was Bird as well as Byrd. Starting with the first generation, Thomas Bird, the spelling was Bird and somewhere along the way, about 3rd or 4th generation, the spelling changed to Byrd. Another Find A Grave member added the tombstone photo and didn't advise me of the spelling. Thank you for doing that. Joyce Byrd Slaughter (6th generation from Thomas Bird).

Hey Wesley, Thanks for making them.
There are a couple of duplicates on the Warbington side. I am trying to get it all right. Might take some time. Good Luck with Ludie!!
|Glenn Bradford||Mary Kirkland Bradford1793|
You are doing a great job
But the children of
Joshua Bradford & Mary Kirkland
" appear "to be an error
Thomas Parker Bradford & John Wesley Bradford
They were born AFTER the death date of Mary
also they were born 40yrs after dau Sarah
when Mary was 83yrs of age
Perhaps they were adopted? Grandchildren?
I will keep researching

I do not know where the burial of Nola or John Kirkpatrick are and can't seem to find out anything about that location. I still try to find them of Find A Grave but thus far not. Nola died around 1980 and John before her, but not any dates. Ovell Pruitt Clay (w) of B.W.Clay lived in New York and Flordia (d) after 1990 so can't be sure of her death or burial either. They are the only two of my father's siblings that I have not been successful with locating.
Find A Grave of Roxie Hammond Pruitt # 17843578, I would be honored to be the maintainer of that site, Thank You very much for sharing all of your hard work and is much appreciated. Anything you may do to help me locate my ancestors is VERY appreciated. Thanks again,Valerie
|KariAnn||Spencer Martin family?|
Do your Martin ancestors link into Spencer Martin (b.1809 in SC, d.After 1880 in Hall Co.) by chance? He married a woman named Almada (or Almeda) and had 7 children that I know of, one of which is my ancestory Hugh Columbus Martin. Thanks!!

I have a photo of Tennie and W. D. Lancaster's daughter, supposedly Ela. In all your research, do know anything about children of theirs? I only find one census of Tennie before she married. I have not included memorial numbers, let me know if you need them. Thanks again, Rhunae

I have been in search of this information for some time and have had no success. Nola(Nolie) only had one child and he was much older than me. Her son was my first cousin. They lived in Buford, I believe it was Gravel Springs Road. Not sure where John and Nola went to church. I have found them on the 1930 census so I will forge on and see if I can figure this out...
Thank you for all you do for the cause of FindAGrave, I do appreciate it.
