Hi-
The only obit I found is the one that is listed on his Memorial. I will nose around other places here in Columbiana County, but most discharge records, if not all, were lost by the Army in the National Personnel Records Center fire of 1973 in Overland, Missouri.

Jesse Oakley
I must have misunderstood. Did Jesse die in Belgium or the United States?

Jesse L Oakley/Jesse Oakland
Monsieur Potier,

Merci,

Mariann Brownson
