I'm the wife of a retired Marine,
the mother of a former Marine, and
a sister of a retired Marine!

My oldest brother was in the Army in the 70s.

I have found many relatives who were in WW2, WW1, War of 1812, Civil War, and Revolutionary War. Very proud to find this out since we are a military family.

I have my family tree on Ancestry.com and use Find A Grave, Rootsweb.com and FamilySearch.org for much of the info I find.

Names in my family:
Taylor, Geddert, Bilow, Jewell, Decker, Conrad, Sedore, Lockwood, Ketchabaw, Beers, Wine, Greer and more!

Thank you to the many volunteers who go out and take photos for the rest of us when we cannot! You all are life savers!

***Anyone who would like to take over any of my memorials, please contact me.
I have those memorials I'm willing to pass on marked as such.

RE: Teresa Taylor
I can ask if they would mark the spot and I could place an object there to take a photo of.
Is that what you would like?

It's on the site now, I asked the caretaker if I could leave it there and was told yes. From time to time I'll check on it. I hope it meets your approval. After all she's a TAYLOR, like me.

Alfred Jewell
Hi Karen!
Sorry it took so long to get back to you. There is no headstone for Alfred Jewell born in 1907 and died in 1907. I checked all the plots with a baby jewell in them. One plot book shows an Alfred Jewell in section B, block 2, lot 21 but there is no stone. The city offices have a record of his death, he died in Benton township of Cheboygan County. They also have a record of his parents marriage on Nov 17th, 1903. The stone may be overgrown or perhaps he never had one.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help. I did remove the pictures from the site since they were the wrong stones.
