I am the daughter of Julius F Fredericks & Betty L Kinsey. We lived in Colorado, Utah and Wyo as I grew up. I now live in the Ponca City, OK area. Raised 5 children and helped to raise a nephew. My husband and I have lived in Moab, Utah, Grants NM and Ponca City OK. I have a severely handicapped son so I do not work. I stay home with him. In my spare time I raise and race Homing Pigeons. When I release the homers to condition & train them I normally do so at a cemetery.|
Ron & I have actively been working on our genealogy and we have found it interesting to help others as we go about our search for our roots. Which is how I found this site by searching for my ancestors burial places. I had believed at one time that I had moved far away from our family, only to find recently I have actually came back to my roots. My Gr Grandmother was born in Kansas and I have several 2 & 3rd cousins who lived right here in the area we now live, not but just 8 miles from me. I would not have know it had I not had some help from others who are searching their own roots.
If I can be of any help or you would like the original photo, Please do email me. Any photo or information I have on F A G can be used for genealogy.

Kay, on Calvin M Smith's grave memorial #51459983, you state he was in the 9th Kentucky infantry. His nephew Calvin M Smith B. 1836 d. 1907, son of Littleberry Smith, was the one in the 9th during the civil war. Your Calvin was living in Iowa before 1860. His daughter Ester was born in Tennessee in 1850 and his son James was born in Iowa in 1856. Also the younger Calvin's war records show he was born in 1836. Thanks Ron

I just wanted to come by and say thank you for adding pictures of my father... and the day that you added his photo was on 08/22 which was my birthday so that really means a lot.. thanks for everything you do ..
Are you sure of the date (1826) on Edward's stone? I ask because Elias had son Edward, b Dec 1891 per 1900 census. I'm interested in this family because I think Elias was the E.S. Kimbrel who lived in Jefferson County KS in 1880, near my ancestors Thomas & Missouri Ann Kimbrel. Would like to hear from anyone with knowledge, & would share; suspect Thomas' father was John. But Thomas is big mystery & possible black sheep!
|Ethel Tanksley||Melvin Miner|
Memorials for Melvin Miner #52374163 and #52374166 are the same person. Would you delete #52374166. Thanks for all your work.
|David Kemp Halls||Joseph Condotti|
# 60818369 and #60318467 also had a son. Joe Condotti. I don't know if he is still living, but should be added to their memorial as Belinda's Brother.
|Shirley McElyea||Raymel William Wine|
Is Raymel's middle name spelled wrong? His name did not come up on the index , so a bit confusing.

I replaces the gravestone pictures on your mom & dad's graves with a much better picture I was able to get last summer. You did a a beautiful job of adding to their memorials.
|David Kemp Halls||Mgmt. transfers|
I have transfered to you all of the memorials you questioned yesterday. I'm glad to do that if it enables you to add correct bio and relationships.
Thanks for your interest and all that you do.
|Kerri W||John Henry Hon|
Thanks so much for posting this! I was fortunate enough to have my great-grandmother alive until I was 29 years old, and she so loved her father, John Henry Hon, from all the stories she shared towards the end of her own life. I am doing family research and did not have his death date, which will now help me get more of his story. Thanks! Do you mind if I use the photo on my ancestry.com? Thanks!
