Howdy! My name is Caren. I have been researching for about 12 years. I was born In Utah and grew up for the most part in Germany. I currently live in Washington State.|
Most of my research is on my mom's side, The Jackman side but I have begun on my dad's side. I am a descendent of Levi Jackman and his first wife Angeline Meyers.
Mom's side: Jackman, Pace, Peck, MacDonald, Graham, Taylor, Williams, Reed/Read, Huttel/Huettel, Olson, French, Ivins, Carr/Kerr, Horton, Muller, Merrill, Harmon, Howland
Dad's side: Parshall (Pershale/Persale), Osterlund/Lehto/Alve, Gardiner, Brock, Brooks, Frink, Walrath, Johnson, Ransom, Keeney,
I've got a couple brick walls mostly on my dad's side tho. In particular Frans Osterlund whom i can't find after he got off ship in 1917. I know his wife died in 1919 and it's believed he went back to Finland. But alas no proof.

I have posted the pictures I also have a Elaine Faith Alve Hill 1942 - 2011 and Elda Aurora Osterlung 1863 - 1919 if they will help.
I have made the additions you requested to Royal's memorial..
I am not related to him, I am just taking care of this particular cemetery as much as I can.

Caren, I have updated the birth and death information and corrected the death year from 1919 to 1915. Thanks for the information, I appreciate it very much; it was hard to read from the photo and I didn't write it down at the cemetery. Loretta

You're very welcome. I will make the links, and have a question about Mary and Edith (hopefully Jackman) who are on Bert and Flora Jackman Colby's side of the Jackman plot. I see you have a link from William and Julia to their daughter Susan in another Crystal Lake Cemetery. Who is the Susan (1842-1861) in the Jackman plot in Union Cemetery and the baby Edith? The dates for Susan in Union are curiously close to the Susan in Wm & Julia's memorials. Would be happy to transfer all the Jackmans I've created if you would like, no problem at all.

You are very welcome for the picture. Infant mortality is such a heartache. My heart bleeds for you and your family.

You are very welcome! I also added a pic to his wife's memorial.

My pleasure to help Caren. All the best.

I posted a photo of the unmarked grave of John Parshall. Location was determined by the nearby marked grave of Francis Mesle in Lot 3427. GPS: 39.82391, -86.17546. Sorry the news isn't better.
