I appreciate your memorial card being added, only you added it as a grave picture instead of "other" picture. If you don't know how to correct it go to "Help with Find A Grave" and it will explain it in the guidelines. Thanks! KEW

You added a copy of this person's memory card from the funeral home I believe as a grave picture instead of a "other" picture. Please delete the picture and re-add as a other picture.
It makes the picture symbol correct. Thanks.

|Mark Dean||RE: Carr Family|
Thank you for contacting me! Yes, George L is her brother! I believe he is buried in Maple Hill Cem. in Plainfield, IN. Their parents were John and Nancy E Richardson Carr. I do not know where John and Nancy are buried. Do you know where they are buried? Do you have any pictures of the Carr family? Jennie's legal name is actually Genevive Viola Carr.
Jennie and George had a sister Viola. Viola's great grandson contacted me a couple years ago thru ancesty.com. His name is Rick and is very knowledgeable. He wanted to let me know that there were TWO Nancy E Richardson's born in the same time period. I have her parents listed on ancestry as Jonathan and Anna Wheeler Richardson...and according to Rick, I have the wrong set of parents. I simply had not removed them yet until I did my own research too. He did a lot of research and I need to re-read his emails and get back with you with more facts. I'll keep you posted. My late grandfather Frank Dean had alot of fond memories of his grandma Dean. Please feel free to contact me any time. I can email you pictures of Jennie if you wish.
Thanks for contacting me.

There may be several ways to delete the picture but I do not manage the incorrect memorial. You could post the picture to the correct memorial and then contact Patricia Cram-Keith (#47188799) and ask her if she could delete the incorrect photo.

Hot everywhere.!!!! In the 60's or 70's someone from my county, Tipton, walked the cemetery and wrote down row by row all the names on the tombstones. That is the way she published the book with an index in the back. Makes it easy. There may have been some additions in some spaces, but for the most part all you have to do is copy the pages for that row and one behind and before. Then when you go to the cemetery, you have lots of names to look for and can tell when you are close. Works great, especially if it turns out to be a flat stone you were trying to find.
Don't go out in this heat.

Thanks for looking for the grave. The only thing I knew was what was on the library site. I called Maple Hill yesterday and left a message and my call wasn't returned. I called the library and she looked in the cemetery book for Mrs. Sanders. She said in 2004 someone walked the cemetery and recorded the names on the stones. She said she didn't have a platt of the cemetery and it was true they charge $5.00 to tell you where someone is buried. That is terrible. I assume they have had too many calls. Wish I knew more. Thanks again.

Would you consider letting me manage her memorial, she is my mothers first cousin and her husband attends my church.

Thank you for your efforts, we can't control nature, but I do appreciate your offer. I'm pleased you found her for me. I walked a cemetery for 4 hrs today looking for 4 graves, found them, batteries went dead in my camera, so I took with my cheap phone, got home and they are too pixilated. I at least remember where they were to go back tomorrow and take good pics. So I know what you mean...I carry soft brush, gal of water and kids broom in my car, now I'll add AA batteries, live and learn. Thanks again and God Bless. Diana

I did not request anything for this person. The requestor was firstname.lastname@example.org. I did create the memorial at Maple Hill in Plainfield, IN based on information provided by the Plainfield library. Unfortunately, there have been quite a few errors in the library work. Since the cemetery does not have a record of this burial, I will delete the name from the Maple Hill entries. Sorry!
