Always happy to entertain a request or share research I've compiled, but will qualify if information has not been verified.

Sorry Dan, my research is on the Boyd's and I just used Essie to identify Hugh Coleman Boyd's family. I did not do any research on the Dunham's. Happy Hunting!
I just finished going through the CD and sorry to report I could find no documents or information on your Joshua. I am sorry I couldn't help.
I am working on a cemetery not in the Pendleton County cemetery book that I believe contains an Andrew Hannah, died April 12, 1863, aged 59 years 5 months and 13 days. This could be the Andrew who married Martha Huston as their son Thornton is also buried there. I'm waiting for better weather to go back and check these stones again.
Let me know if I can help in any other way.
I have a CD from another long time Houston researcher. Next week when the holidays are all finished, I'll check it and see if there are any connections on there. I did a stone for Alva A. Huston in the Lenoxburg Cem. One of yours?
